01 — Support
Support
We're here to help with anything related to the Bluehawk app — your projects, invoices, account, or privacy.
If you have a question about the Bluehawk mobile app, your project, a document, an invoice, a payment, your account, or your privacy, please reach out. The fastest ways to contact us are:
If you're already a Bluehawk client or team member, you can also send project-related messages directly inside the Bluehawk app — your message routes to the people working on your project.
Response times. We aim to respond as soon as practical during normal business hours. Billing, payment, and account-deletion requests are handled as promptly as we reasonably can.
Report project content or misuse
Use Report an issue in the Bluehawk app or email support@bluehawk956.com to report inappropriate content, unauthorized files or photos, accidental uploads, privacy concerns, account-access problems, or suspected misuse.
Please identify the project and describe the item or concern. Do not email passwords, bank-account credentials, or other sensitive payment credentials. Bluehawk may investigate the report, restrict access, preserve records when legally required, and remove content when appropriate.
How the Bluehawk mobile app collects, uses, and protects your information.
Bluehawk Construction ("Bluehawk," "we," "us") provides a client and staff project portal for construction projects. The Bluehawk mobile app lets clients, project managers, lead contractors, and employees see project updates, exchange messages and documents, and manage invoices and payments. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.
Information we collect
Account & contact information — your name, email address, phone number, login, authentication, account, invite, and role identifiers, plus client project addresses and employee worksite addresses when associated with an account or project.
Project data & user content — project membership, status, timelines, updates, tasks, shift records, private project messages, issue reports, and uploaded photos or videos, documents, files, receipts, permits, warranties, and message attachments. This content is visible only to authorized participants according to their assigned role and project access.
Payment & invoice information — construction-service invoices, balances, status, payment history, and manual payment reports, including payment method, amount, sender name, date, and confirmation or reference note. When online payment is enabled, this may also include Stripe checkout and payment identifiers, settlement status, failures, reversals, and disputes. Raw bank-account credentials are entered through the payment provider and are not collected directly inside the Bluehawk mobile app. Payments concern physical construction and project services, not digital goods or in-app content.
Employee location (employee accounts only) — when an employee explicitly clocks in at an assigned worksite and accepts the in-app disclosure, Bluehawk collects precise location during the active shift to confirm worksite attendance. This may include coordinates, location accuracy, distance from the project site, on-site or off-site status, and shift-session times. While an active shift is in progress, location collection may continue when the app is minimized or running in the background. On iOS, Bluehawk uses the system location background mode and iOS displays its system location indicator while background tracking is active. On Android, Bluehawk uses a foreground service with a persistent, user-visible tracking notification and does not request the Android ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION permission. Tracking begins only after an explicit clock-in. Clocking out stops active collection, and force-quitting the iOS app also stops location delivery. Bluehawk automatically closes abandoned shift sessions server-side. Authorized managers and lead contractors can view live worksite status, leave-site alerts, and recent shift-location history. Employee location history is retained for approximately seven days and then deleted automatically, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution reasons. Location is not collected from client accounts or from employees who are not clocked in.
Device & notification information — app or device identifiers, push-notification tokens, app version, operating-system version, and notification preferences used to deliver project notifications, maintain signed-in sessions, secure accounts, and troubleshoot delivery problems. Bluehawk does not use these identifiers for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Diagnostics, performance & app-session data — Bluehawk uses Sentry to collect crash reports, handled errors, stack traces and related diagnostic details, app or device version, performance information, and release-health session or launch information so we can secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app. This information may be associated with an account, device, or app session where applicable. It is used for app functionality and reliability, not advertising or cross-app tracking.
How we use information
To authenticate users and manage invite-only access to projects.
To show project updates, documents, photos, messages, tasks, invoices, and payment status to the right people.
To support billing and payment workflows.
To let staff manage projects and respond to clients.
To confirm employee worksite attendance during clocked-in shifts, show authorized managers and lead contractors live status and recent shift history, and generate leave-site alerts when applicable.
To diagnose crashes and improve reliability using crash/diagnostic reporting.
To secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
To deliver project notifications, maintain signed-in sessions, and troubleshoot notification delivery.
Sharing & service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the app and share information with them only as needed to provide their services. We expect them to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law:
Supabase — authentication, backend, database, Edge Functions, and file storage.
Stripe — hosted payment checkout and payment processing when enabled.
Sentry — crash reporting, diagnostics, performance, and release health.
Google Maps / Places — worksite maps and address or location features when enabled.
Resend — authentication and project-related email delivery.
Apple App Store and Google Play — app distribution and related platform services.
Bluehawk does not sell your personal information.
Security & retention
We protect data using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Project, invoice, payment, and business records may be retained as needed for business, legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and construction-record purposes.
Employee location pings and shift-location history are retained for approximately seven days, then deleted automatically, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Employees can decline location permission or clock out to stop shift tracking. Location permission can be changed at any time in iOS or Android settings. Declining location prevents use of the geofence-based clock-in feature but does not prevent access to unrelated app features.
Manage push-notification permission at any time in your iOS or Android device settings.
03 — Account Deletion
Account Deletion
How to delete your Bluehawk account, what gets removed, and what we may keep.
How to delete your account
In the app — open Bluehawk and use Delete account in Settings / Account.
Your personal profile information, where we no longer need it.
What may be retained
Some records must be kept even after an account is deleted. We may retain project records, invoices, payment records, messages, documents, and other records that Bluehawk is required or reasonably needs to keep for business, legal, tax, accounting, construction, dispute, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
Identity verification & timing. We may need to verify your identity before deleting an account. We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, unless more time is required by law or for security or business reasons.
04 — Privacy Choices
Your Privacy Choices
How to manage permissions and request access, correction, or deletion.
Location permission
Change or revoke Bluehawk's location permission at any time in iOS or Android device settings.
Clocking out stops active shift tracking. On iOS, force-quitting the app also stops location delivery.
Declining location prevents use of the geofence-based employee clock-in feature, but it does not prevent access to unrelated app features.
Notifications
Manage Bluehawk push-notification permission at any time in your iOS or Android device settings. Turning off notifications does not remove your account or project access.
Access, correction & deletion
Email support@bluehawk956.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
To delete your account in the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. You can also request deletion by email.
See the full Account Deletion explanation for what is deleted, what may be retained, and request timing.
Project, invoice, payment, message, document, and other business records may be retained when reasonably needed for legal, tax, accounting, construction, dispute, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
05 — Terms
Terms of Service
The basic rules for using the Bluehawk mobile app.
Bluehawk is an invite-only project portal for clients, staff, contractors, and employees connected to Bluehawk construction projects. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Using the app
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You may only access the projects and accounts you are authorized to access.
You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Messages, photos, documents, and files should relate to legitimate Bluehawk project activity.
Access & content
Bluehawk may restrict or remove access when needed for security, misuse, project completion, legal compliance, or business reasons.
App content may include project status, invoices, documents, and communications, but final business, payment, and project decisions remain with Bluehawk.
User content & content rights
You retain ownership of messages, photos, documents, files, and other content you submit through Bluehawk. By submitting content, you represent that you own it or have the permission and rights necessary to use and share it with Bluehawk and the authorized participants in the applicable project. You grant Bluehawk a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, support, and maintain the project portal and provide the related construction services.
You may not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content. Bluehawk may restrict access to or remove content when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, project administration, misuse, or protection of clients and project participants. To report inappropriate, unauthorized, or mistakenly uploaded content, use Report an issue in the app or contact support@bluehawk956.com.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bluehawk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and the app is a tool for managing project information — it does not replace the underlying construction agreements and decisions between you and Bluehawk.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
06 — Payments
Payment Terms
How invoices and payments work in the Bluehawk app.
Paying an invoice
Bluehawk invoices may be paid through Stripe-hosted ACH checkout when available.
ACH payments can take several business days to settle.
A submitted payment is not final until Stripe and Bluehawk confirm success and settlement.
Failed ACH payments, disputes, reversals, or insufficient funds may change an invoice's status.
Online checkout is disabled in the current launch build while Bluehawk finalizes the production payment provider. Invoices remain viewable in the app, and payment instructions are provided by Bluehawk outside the app.
Manual payment options
Manual payment methods such as Zelle or wire transfer may be available as fallback options.
Manual payment reports must be verified by Bluehawk before an invoice is marked paid.
Refunds & questions
Refunds, disputes, corrections, and billing questions should be sent to support@bluehawk956.com.
Note. The Bluehawk app is used for construction and project services performed outside the app. It is not used for purchasing digital goods or in-app content.
